The letter "koof" stands for kedushah - holiness.

Koof is the nineteenth letter of the Aleph Beis

The Hebrew word Keitz - the end [of time], is formed by the Koof and the preceding letter Tzadi(k). The "end" - the coming of Moshiach and the subsequent era of resurrection are refelected in these letters.

It is equivalent to One hundred - (100).
The age of Abraham at the birth of Isaac.
The perfection of the square, 10 x 10.
The one hundred daily blessings.
